After his military career, Barry worked as a Private Investigator in New York City, where he conducted insurance investigations, witness interviews, and in-depth casework. His time in the field provided him with valuable hands-on experience in assessment, verification, and real-world information gathering.

With years of expertise in open-source intelligence (OSINT) research, Barry specializes in digital investigations, background profiles, and threat/risk analysis. He is currently building his portfolio through pro bono OSINT cases, refining his operational workflows. A lifelong interest in preparedness, situational awareness, and urban survival further strengthens his investigative approach.
